Meet The Host - 
Cassandra Ryder

Originally hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, IL, Cassandra has called the beautiful (and problematic) state of Arizona home since 2018. She is currently working towards her Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication, while also teaching college communication courses at various academic institutions.

When she isn't writing a paper for class, grading essays from her students, or recording a new podcast episode, she loves to love on her sweet spouse and pet children (2 dogs & 2 cats!), travel to visit friends and family, explore new hiking trails, take a relaxing sunset run, and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or glass of red wine.
